2. Account Registration & User Responsibilities
To open an account on the platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each user may operate only one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect that your account is being used without authorization, please notify our support team immediately. 100 bd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account registered with false information.
3. Financial Transactions & Payment Policy
All financial transactions on the 100 bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Only approved payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals. Applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits must be observed at all times. Any transaction associated with money laundering or illegal financial activity will be immediately cancelled and the associated account may be permanently closed. Withdrawal requests may take a set amount of time to process, and funds will only be released once the verification process is complete. In the event of an erroneous transaction caused by a technical error, 100 bd reserves the right to correct the amount.
4. Prohibited Activities & Usage Restrictions
Any form of fraudulent activity, software bots, or automated tools on the platform is strictly prohibited. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or attempting to breach the platform's security measures will be considered a serious violation. Operating an account on behalf of a third party or transferring an account is not permitted. No content, design, or technology from the platform may be copied or reused without permission. Violations of these rules may result in account termination and legal action where necessary.
5. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
The 100 bd platform provides services on an "as is" basis and accepts limited liability for losses caused by technical disruptions or server downtime. The platform is not responsible for financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation, and if necessary, resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
